Members of our cleaning team must be able to work as a team and as an individual, typically after regular business hours. You will be responsible for your own site/s or part of a team responsible for a site. You must be willing to treat each location as if it's your own - to give it the care and attention that you would to your own home (unless your home is a mess).
Pristine Clean team members are responsible for a nightly checklist of cleaning duties as well as cleaning projects assigned by management, to help make your job easier while ensuring that the space is always spotless.
We will hire you because we need people and you are a warm body, right? It's just cleaning, right? WRONG.
We hire only the best or those who can be trained to be the best. We expect a lot from every single member of the Pristine Clean team whether you are at the bottom of the totem pole or the head of the company.
